IRNA � Explosion in one part of Enghelab Sport Complex in north of Tehran claimed the lives of three workers on Tuesday night.


Speaking to the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA), the spokesman of Tehran Fire Department Jalal Maleki said the explosion happened in the installations section when the three victims were working on a tank.

The blast did not cause dilapidation of the building or fire, he said.

The cause of the incident is under investigation, Maleki added.

The Enghelab Sport Complex hosts about 10,000 people daily who participate in different sport activities.
