IRNA � President Hassan Rouhani leading a high-ranking politico-economic delegation arrived in Zurich of Switzerland on Monday upon the official invitation extended to him by Swiss counterpart Alain Berset.

President Rouhani and his entourage were welcomed by Swiss president at Zurich airport.

During his stay, President Rouhani is to visit Swiss president and Iranians residing in the country in order to sign a number of MoU in various political, economic and cultural cooperation.

After his two-day stay in Switzerland, the Iranian president will depart for Vienna at the invitation of his Austrian counterpart Alexander Van der Bellen.

In Austria, President Rouhani is scheduled to meet with top officials and will sign several agreements on cooperation in various issues.
