IRNA � Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman in a message extended condolences to the Algerian government over deadly crash of an Algerian military plane deadly crash in that country's Blida Province.

In his message released on Wednesday, Bahram Qasemi sympathized with the Algerian government and people and the bereaved families of the victims of the sad occasion.

The plane which was a Russian-built Ilyushin Il-76 had 200-220 military forces on board.

Based on the preliminary reports, the accident claimed the lives of 105 people.

There is no immediate report on the reason behind the accident.
