IRNA - Oman's Sultan Qaboos Bin Said congratulated the Iranian government and nation on the advent of New Year (Nowruz).

In a message to President Hassan Rouhani on Friday, Sultan Qaboos extended his sincerest congratulations to the govenrment and people of Iran on the occasion.

He also wished health, prosperity and progress for the Iranian people in the New Year.
