�IRNA � Iranian President Hassan Rouhani arrived in Tehran early Sunday morning finishing his 3-day official visit to India.


President Rouhani arrived in India last Thursday at the head of high-ranking delegation.

The Iranian President's visit to India took place at the official invitation of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi who visited Iran last year.

President Rouhani was accompanied by Iranian ministers of foreign affairs Mohammad Javad Zarif, petroleum Bijan Zangeneh, road and urban development Mohammad Akhoundi, and industry Mohammad Shariatmadari.

A large delegation from Iranian private sector were also in India as part of President Rouhani's entourage.

During President Rouhani's visit, the two countries officials signed several agreements to expand relations between Iran and India in many fields.
