IRNA – According to Chinese media reports Iran’s Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare Ali Rabiei has praised China efforts during Iranian oil tanker’s blaze.
Rabiei appreciated China in a letter sent to China’s envoy to Tehran Pang Sen.
‘China spared no efforts in giving aid to Sanchi victims,’ the letter reads.
In his letter, Iranian minister also stressed China’s efforts in extinguishing fire.
He also appreciated Chinese rescue team who took risk during operation.
The 30 Iranian and the two Bangladeshi sailors, who were members of the crew, had unfortunately been killed due to toxic gases and the huge size of the fire which embraced the tanker since the occurrence of the tragic incident, Head of Ports and Maritime Organization Mohammad Rastad told the the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) on Sunday morning.
