Lavrov: Iran, Russia, Turkey agreement brought tranquility to Syria

IRNA – Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Tuesday that the agreement reached between the Islamic Republic of Iran, Russia and Turkey has brought tranquility to Syria.

This agreement called for creation of low tension stricken regions in Syrian territory leading to lowering rate of tensions in the war-torn country, he said.

Escalation of full ceasefire in Syria is a tough job and to some extent it sounds impossible, he said.

According to the agreement four zones in Syria have been recognized as low tension districts.
