ISIL media committee’s chief killed near Mosul

FNA- A local source in Nineveh Province said that the media committee’s chief of the ISIL terror group was killed, along with two of his aides, in clashes in al-Karama neighborhood, East of Mosul.

“The media committee’s official of the ISIL was killed in clashes with security forces in al-Karama neighborhood, East of Mosul, along with two of his aides,” the source said, Al Sumeriya News reported.

“The ISIL pushed dozens of his media members in the direct clashes with security forces, in order to prepare pictorial reports for Amaq Agency, the key media arm of the terror group,” the source added on condition of anonymity.

Earlier, Iraqi Ministry of Defense officials announced liberating the Industrial area, Mercedes Company and the flour mill in al-Karama neighborhood, in Eastern Mosul.
