Rouhani leaves Astana for Bishkek

IRNA – President Hassan Rouhani left the Kazakh capital Astana on Thursday for Bishkek on the third leg of his regional tour that will take him to Kyrgyzstan.

According to the Presidential Office, while in Kazakhstan, President Rouhani conferred with his counterpart on enhancement of mutual relations and cooperation in various fields.

Rouhani and Nursultan Nazarbayev also signed five memorandums of understanding on expansions of Tehran-Astana cooperation.

President Rouhani’s visit to Kyrgyzstan is going to be made upon the invitation by his Kyrgyz counterpart.
