IRNA Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi said on Sunday that the anti-Iran claims of Saudi and British foreign ministers are a cover up to their destructive role in supporting the Takfiri terrorism.

Qassemi said the anti-Iran claims of Saudi and British foreign ministers in joint press conference in Riyadh are 'unfounded' blame game to cover up the two countries' destructive role to support Takfiri terrorists and commitment of enormous and extensive crimes against humanity in the destructive and devastating war on the people of Yemen.

He said that there is not the least doubt that despite antagonism and opposition of majority of the world public opinion and all the protest slogans of the aware conscience in remotest part of the universe with regards to use of British arms in war on people of Yemen, the statesmen of the country are still insisting sale and sending lethal weapons to the states which perpetrated aggression on Yemen and waged war on Yemen, being main supporters of the terrorists they themselves created.

Qasemi said that repetition of claims of Adel al-Jubair alleging that Iran has links with al-Qaeda and Takfiri elements are 'ridiculous', emanated from failure to understand the simple point that the strength of the Islamic Republic of Iran security comes from independence of the security strategy and no link of Iranian community with the terrorist and extremist ideology.

'They are the two advantages that Saudi rulers suffer from their absence and are puzzled and raise illusive and ambiguous analyses in search for reasons behind security strength of the Islamic Republic of Iran.'
