Turkish FM confers with Iranian President

IRNA – Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu discussed mutual ties with the Iranian President Hassan Rouhani Saturday morning.

The Turkish foreign minister is also expected to meet with the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.

Cavusoglu arrived in Tehran on Saturday morning.

Iran and Turkey enjoy cordial ties and despite different views towards resolution of Iraq and Syria crisis, economic cooperation between the two states is promotional.
