KAZAN, August 12. /TASS/. Customers from Iran showed interest in new Russian Ansat ambulance helicopter suitable for in-flight intensive care, Chief Executive of Kazan Helicopter Plant Vadim Ligai told TASS on Friday.

"Certain countries, particularly Iran, showed interest in Ansat with the medical module," Ligai said.

Ansat is a lightweight twin-engine multipurpose 7-9 seats helicopter put into series production in 2013. Ansat model with the medical module underwent certification in 2015. Equipment on board of the helicopter makes possible to evacuate one injured person in a grave or extremely grave condition and perform intensive care in flight.
