Ankara, June 16, IRNA Iranian consulate in Istanbul has in a statement called on Iranian citizens, travelling Turkey, especially Istanbul, to seriously observe safety regulations.
It issued the cautions for the citizens when encountering swindlers in order not to face any legal and security problems.
