Tehran, Feb 23, IRNA � President Hassan Rouhani called for vibrant presence high turnout of people in the country's parliamentary elections on Friday.


'The people's high turnout in the elections shows hopefulness in the improvement of the country's conditions in the future,' President Rouhani said on Tuesday, addressing a meeting of the High Cultural Revolution Council.

He reiterated that the Islamic Republic of Iran will continue vigorously despite all problems and plots.

Iran is due to hold the 10th Parliamentary and 5th Assembly of Experts elections on Friday.

Over 52,000 polling stations and over 120,000 ballot boxes will be set up for people to elect representatives to the parliament and assembly of experts.
