TEHRAN, Feb. 22 (Shana) -- Martyr Hasheminejad Gas Refinery, Iran's largest sulfur provider, processed 15bn mcm of sour and sweet gas since March, providing 571,000 tons of sulfur.

The refinery's gas intake rose 42 mcm year-on-year. It receives gas from Khagiran oil center.

During the first 11 month of the current Iranian calendar year which began on March 21, Hasheminejad refinery received 13.78bcm of gas from the center.

The sulfur output of the refinery increased nearly 8,000 tons year-on-year.

It sold 5,834 tons of sulfur bentonite during the period which was up 200% from a year ago.
