IRGC commander labels Saudi Embassy attack organized

The attack on the Saudi Embassy in Tehran Saturday night in which the mission was set ablaze was a completely organized job, Brigadier General Mohsen Kazemeini, who leads the Tehran division of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps, said.

He further said storming a diplomatic mission and setting it on fire is wrong and cannot be justified in any way. “We are sure this has not been done by pious forces.”

The Commander of the Tehran-based Mohammad Rasool-Allah Division of the Revolutionary Guards also referred to the remarks of the Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir that Saudi Arabia seeks to take on Iran, and said, “To the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Saudi regime is not in a position to pose a threat.”
