Sari, Mazandaran prov, Oct 12, IRNA � President Hassan Rouhani said the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) should be used to bolster solidarity and function as a platform for further economic leaps.

He made the remarks here on Monday in the gathering of people.

He said that now at the present juncture of post-sanctions era, the country is in need of unity, cohesion and cooperation.

He also said recent big achievements were due to wise Leadership of the country, resistance of people and bravery of zealous and skilled diplomats.

Noting that history tells everything to all about the big task by the Iranian nation, he said it is unprecedented in the history that the United Nations Security Council put a country under Chapter 7 conditions but it managed to get rid of the situation through its ration and persistence.

Stressing that the Iranian nation will remain unified, President Rouhani said as the Supreme Leader has already guided the nation, the JCPOA is not to create any gaps within the nation, with all moving in a single and unified path.

However, he said, there is nothing wrong with seeing people criticizing things and holding different views from others.

Stressing that Iran is treading the path of democracy, the President said there is nothing like �a single view� in the elections, or about �a single candidate.�

Rather, he said, we have competition and we have different candidates but of course after the elections the minority too will go the same way as others while its own rights are quite respected.

In the coming months, when sanctions are removed, Iran will prove itself as the winner of the game, President Rouhani added.

President Rouhani, along with a number of his cabinet members, arrived here on Wednesday morning.

This is the President�s 23rd provincial visit.
