"A resolution will be very quickly presented to the UN Security Council... It's a matter of days," said Fabius on Tuesday shortly after long negotiations between Iran and the six world powers reached conclusion on Tehrans nuclear program.
German FM hails nuclear conclusion
Germany's Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier welcomed the conclusion of nuclear negotiations between Iran and the P5+1 countries, saying it would make the world "safer."
"As someone who has been part of this for 10 years, I'm happy that we've reached a point where I really believe that an agreement has been reached which is going to make the Middle East and the world...safer," Steinmeier said.

He said the nuclear conclusion proved that even large, international and political conflicts can be solved through dialogue and persistence.
After 18 days of marathon talks in the Austrian capital of Vienna, Iran and the P5+1 group of world powers - the United States, Britain, France, China, Russia and Germany - reached a conclusion on Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) on Tuesday, which will put limits on Irans nuclear program in exchange for the removal of sanctions against the Islamic Republic.
The nearly 159-page conclusion will be presented to the Security Council, which will adopt a resolution in seven to 10 days making the JCPOA an official document.
Based on the conclusion, which has been reached with due regard for Irans red lines and is considered a nuclear achievement for the country, the world powers recognize Irans civilian nuclear program, including the countrys right to the complete nuclear cycle.
