Iran has never withdrawn from talks on nuclear issue.

"The Islamic Republic of Iran has never withdrawn from the negotiations and is always ready for talks, extending and continuing talks," said Ali Akbar Velayati.

He further said that any agreement can be achieved only if the other side respects the country's red lines.

Velayati referred to recent remarks of US Secretary of State John Kerry on Iranian nuclear issue, calling it 'psychological war.
