Iranian, Russian navy commanders discuss Caspian Sea security

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian Navy Commander Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari and the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy Admiral Viktor Chirkov conferred on Caspian Sea security issues.
