No more than 20 days after videos depicting the cruel killing of stray dogs in Shiraz emerged, an attorney in the southern city says two entities have pressed charges against those involved.

The provincial Environment Department and the Society for the Protection of Animal Rights have pressed charges against the dog-killers, the attorney said.
