TEHRAN May 06(Shana)--Iran�s minister of petroleum is leaving for Munich Wednesday night to attend an energy security conference.

Bijan Zangeneh is being accompanied by his deputy for international affairs and trading Amir-Hossein Zamaninia.

The minister said Germany is Iran�s top trading partner in downstream oil industries, equipment, refinery and turbine construction. He added that Siemens is one of Iran�s partners for the development of the massive offshore South Pars gas field.

During his stay in Germany, Zangeneh is expected to meet with some senior German officials and companies� CEOs.
