This was the second meeting betweenthe top Russian and US diplomats in2015. The talks took place inthe President Wilson Hotel inGeneva, Switzerland.Last week, Kerry said Moscow was misrepresenting facts onits alleged support foreastern Ukraine's independence forces, accusing Russian officials of "lying tohis face."The fighting inUkraine has killed over6,000 people, according tothe latest UN estimates. In late February, Kerry said the United States were considering new economic sanctions againstRussia inrelation tothe situation inUkraine.
