Flags of Iran & Russia[/caption]TEHRAN, Feb. 18 (MNA) Russian Minister of Environment and Natural Resources will visit Iran on 20-22 February.
Sergey Donskoy, the Russian official, will meet with Iranian officials to discuss environmental issues and the cooperation on natural resources.
He is scheduled to visit Bijan Zangeneh, Iranian Oil Minister to discuss the Iran-Russia Cooperation on oil and gas exploration.
Meeting with Iranian Minister of Industry, Mine, and Trade, Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh, as well as Iran Minister of Energy, Hamid Chitchian, are planned for Russian official.
The main goal of the visit, however, have been announced to be signing the Protocol on Protection of the Caspian Biodiversity, which is to be attached to Framework Convention for the Protection of the Marine Environment of the Caspian Sea.
