Tehran, Jan 14, IRNA Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif left here for Geneva early Wednesday morning to hold first round of nuclear talks with P5+1 members in 2015 by a meeting with his US counterpart John Kerry who has already arrived in the Swiss city.
Zarif and US Secretary of State are to meet Wednesday morning in Geneva to close their ranks on issues discussed during the November 2014 negotiations in Vienna, Austria.
The 10th round of talks between Iran and Group 5+1 (US, Britain, Russia, France and China plus Germany) ended in Vienna on November 24, 2014 which was set as the deadline to reach a final comprehensive agreement. However, the two sides failed to make a final deal on that time and decided to extend the talks for another seven months (July 1, 2015).

The size of Irans enrichment activities and the timetable for lifting sanctions against the country is the focal points of Zarif-Kerry talks.
