TEHRAN (Tasnim) Irans Foreign Ministry spokeswoman asserted that no agreement has yet been reached on any of the items being discussed in the nuclear negotiations between Tehran and six world powers.So far, not any agreement has been made on any subject, and the only available agreement is on the name and title of the final deal which is called the Comprehensive Joint Plan of Action, Marziyeh Afkham said on Tuesday.
She also reiterated that the Iranian team of nuclear negotiators is quite mindful of the countrys red lines, stressing that a deal which does not comply with the Islamic Republics red lines will be worthless.
Iran and the G5+1 (alternatively known as the P5+1 or E3+3) are in talks to hammer out a final deal to end a decade of impasse over Tehrans peaceful nuclear energy program.
On November 24, 2013, Iran and the sextet (the five permanent UN Security Council members plus Germany) signed an interim nuclear deal in the Swiss city of Geneva.
Based on the interim deal, the world powers agreed to suspend some non-essential sanctions and impose no new nuclear-related bans in return for Tehrans decision to freeze parts of its nuclear activities.
In July, Tehran and the six countries agreed to extend negotiations until November 24 in the hope of clinching a final deal.
