Rouhani: Iran willing to do away with cruel sanctions once and for all

Zanjan, Oct 22, IRNA – President Hassan Rouhani says Iran is willing to do away with the cruel sanctions once and for all.
He made the remarks here Wednesday while addressing a gathering of local people in the city of Zanjan, capital of a northwestern province by the same name.

He referred to the history of Islam and the code of conduct the third Shiite Imam Hussein (AS) followed.

He said the martyred Imam taught the lesson to all that Muslims should behave in a way that even their enemies are persuaded about the logic of their victory.

He said even enemies should come to confess that “Our logic made us triumphant in talks.”

Following a policy of constructive interaction with the world, the President stressed, Iran is involved in talks with big powers.

Saying that nuclear negotiating team has the support of both the Supreme Leader and the nation, he said Iran will continue with its constructive internation with big powers to solve problems.

He said Iranians should be confident that officials will never forsake the nation’s rights.
