TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian lashed out at Washington for adopting dual-track approaches to terrorism, particularly towards the ISIL terrorist group.
"The US illegal and maniac attacks on Syria will result only in growing extremism; if the US is sincere enough, it should prevent circulation of the ISIL's dollars into the financial and banking system rather than targeting Syria's oil, gas and infrastructures," the Iranian official said on Monday.

"Changing of government in Syria is a dream which will not come true by simultaneous strengthening of terrorism and show military attacks one single terrorist group. No party can decide for the Syrian people."

Earlier this month, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs Seyed Abbas Araqchi underlined the necessity for consistent and unbiased campaign on the terrorist groups, including the ISIL, in all countries without discrimination.
