Tehran, Sept 8, IRNA � Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei?s bureau chief Hojjatoleslam Mohammad Mohammadi Golpaygani said Sunday that the Supreme Leader is in good health and will return home from hospital within the next 5 or 6 days.
Ayatollah Khamenei underwent a prostate surgery earlier in the day at a Tehran hospital.
Mohammadi Golpaygani told reporters that prominent doctors in Supreme Leader's operation team say the surgery was satisfactory.

He said the surgery was performed without anaesthetic, but with local anesthesia.

He said that after the surgery he had talked to the Supreme Leader and that he was in good health and satisfied.
