TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran national football team striker Reza Ghoochannejhad has been linked with a possible move to Blackpool this summer.
English site Clubcall reported that Jose Riga has been impressed by Ghoochannejhad’s performance at the 2014 World Cup, where the Iranian football team was drawn in Group F alongside Nigeria, Argentina and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Ghoochannejhad scored Iran’s only goal in the competitions against Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Ghoochannejhad, 26, joined Charlton in January on a two-and-a half-year deal.
