Tehran, March 30, IRNA � The First Vice-President Eshaq Jahangiri cabled a message on Sunday to his Afghan counterpart Yunus Qanooni to felicitate him on his re-appointment as Afghan first vice-president.

?Taking into account your high capability in handling affairs, I am quite confident that during your tenure all will witness a remarkable move in relations between the two nations and governments,? he said in the message.
