Muscat, March 12, IRNA � Visiting Iranian President Hassan Rouhani was officially welcomed by Omani Sultan Qaboos upon arrival in Al Alam Palace here on Wednesday.
The Iranian and Omani leaders started their official talks this morning.

Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh, Central Bank of Iran Governor Valiollah Seif, Managing Director of the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) Mohammad Khodadi and several other senior officials are accompanying President Rouhani in his two-day official visit to Oman.

Sultan Qaboos, heading a high-ranking delegation, visited Iran in mid-September.
