Tehran, March 10, IRNA � Iran?s Mahram basketball team defeated Jordan?s al-Ittihad team 88-53 in the 15th West Asian Clubs Basketball Championship in Azadi Gymnasium of Tehran on Monday.
Iran?s Mahram team, falling in the Group A, ran to a easy win against Jordan, thus finding its way to the semi-finals.

It should wait until results of the Group B is known.

Mahram firstly faced Syrian al-Wahdah team, overpowering it 106-66, going atop the Group A list.

Already, Bandar Imam Petrochemical Team, playing for the Group B, encountered Jordan?s ASU, finishing victorious against it like the previous two rounds and finding its way to the semi-finals.

The teams Bandar Imam Petrochemicals (Iran), al-Kahroba?ah (Iraq), al-Jaish (Syria), the ASU (Jordan), Mahram (Iran), al-Wahdah (Syria) and al-Ittihad (Jordan) are competing in the 15th West Asian Clubs Basketball Championship.
