Tehran, Feb 8, IRNA – Head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization Ali Akbar Salehi said that Arak heavy water reactor will remain as a heavy water reactor and only possibility of some technical changes will be taken into consideration.
Speaking on the sidelines of a commemoration ceremony for Iran’s nuclear martyrs, Salehi said on Friday that the West has brought up the issue of plutonium, which does not have a serious and technical base.
ˈWe can technically do some work to take the pretext from them.ˈ
