Tehran, Feb 3, IRNA Central Bank of Iran (CBI) official said on Monday that the first part of Iranian frozen asset was reimbursed to the CBI account.

He said that dlrs 550 million of the frozen asset was reimbursed to CBI account.


He said that the western governments made two-day delay in remittance of the asset due to weekend holidays.

Iran has about 100 billion dollars assets frozen in the western banks. The interim nuclear deal obliges the western governemnts to unfreeze Iranian assets.

Iran and the western governments will initiate negotiations in Vienna from February 18 on a comprehensive agreement according to which they will acknowledge Iranian nuclear program as civilian.

The comprehensive agreement will envisage the western governments to end propaganda against Iranian nuclear program.
