Iran offers to teach Persian language at NCA

LAHORE: Khan-e-Farhang Iran director Abdur Raza Sultani visited the National College of Arts (NCA) on Tuesday.

NCA Principal Dr Murtaza Jafri along with other faculty members welcomed the guest and held a meeting with them. On the occasion, Khana-e-Farhang Iran director offered to send teachers for teaching Persian language at the college.

He also offered noted Iranian calligrapher and miniature painters to teach at the college for two months. He also announced holding of an Iranian film festival and exhibition at the college in connection with the anniversary of Iranian revolution. The festival and exhibition will be held from February 7 to 12. Dr Murtaza Jafri presented a gift of books to the guest.
