Iran to send explorer into space soon

TEHRAN (ISNA)- Head of the Aerospace Industries Organization of Iran’s Defense Ministry Seyyed Mehdi Farahi said the country plans to launch Kavoshgar 7 (explorer 7) into space in coming days.

“The explorer will be launched come in line with accomplishing the project of sending live creatures into space,” he said.

Iran has already sent 6 explorers into space, the 7th one will be launched in coming days.

The satellite will be sent 120 kilometers away from the earth.
