Tehran, Sept 5, IRNA � President Hassan Rohani on Thursday assigned Foreign Ministry as the legitimate body to hold upcoming nuclear talks with the G5+1.
Saeed Jalili, secretary of the Supreme National Security Counicl was in charge of nuclear talks between Iran and the G5+1.
