BEIRUT:�Hezbollah�chief�Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah�denounced Friday the recent killing of a Lebanese protester outside Iran's embassy in Beirut.
�We totally reject the incident that took place outside the�Iranian Embassyand the killing was [deplorable] and this issue is being investigated,� he said.

He was referring to the June 9 shooting and killing of�Hashem Salmanoutside the Iranian Embassy in Beirut. Salman, 28, who headed the student committee of the Lebanese Option Party, a fierce Hezbollah critic, was killed while protesting the resistance group�s military involvement in the Syrian conflict.
