narcotics2Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan and Iran made a decision to meet more often within the fight against illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
Aydin Aliyev, chairman of the State Customs Committee (SCC) of Azerbaijan, says that the majority of facts of illegal drug trafficking and psychotropic drugs is registered on the border with Iran.

"In this regard, we agreed with the Iranian side every 6 months to conduct meetings of the customs heads, and once a month to organize meetings of heads of local customs bodies," Aliyev said.
