Referring to the countries that fill the world full of weapons and military equipment, Iran's Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics says that it's an allusion to think that there is no war. �

Iran's Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi�said on Sunday that military power is one of the major elements that provides national security. The element not only affects military issues but international relations.

Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi said military power is firstly used to prevent war, adding that it is especially important to recognize the power in the current era in which different types of �war take place, such as network, information, cyber, intelligent, and new generations of war.

We have to recognize military power dimensions and determine our position since there is no escape from military power and war, Iran's Minister of Defense stated.

Elsewhere is his remarks, General Ahmad Vahidi� affirmed that passive defense is an important element to complete military circle, and sometimes it is also more important than active defense.

Stressing on the importance of the passive defense, Vahidi said that resistance is the essence of passive defense. Resistance is not passive; resistant economy means be sustainable in the circumstances that unilateral sanction imposed on Iran�and win against them.
