IRNA � More than nine million tons of petrochemicals have been exported in the first five months of this year (started March 21) earning the country 4.593 billion dollars.


National Petrochemical Company website said on Sunday that just in the month of Mordad, the fifth month in the Iranian calendar, about 4.6 million tons of petrochemical products were exported.

Total domestic sale of the products reached 36 million rials by the end of Mordad.
