�IRNA � A member of Parliamentary Commission on National Security and Foreign Policy said on Tuesday that the meeting of the Commission members with Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif was �positive and constructive�.


Ali-Reza Rahimi said, �The main agenda of the session was brainstorming, interacting, and strengthening the relations between the foreign policy commission and the foreign ministry.�

He added, �In the meeting, issues such as economic and parliamentary diplomacy and Zarif�s upcoming trip to New York were discussed.�

Assessing the meeting as positive and constructive, Rahimi said, �The approach held by the foreign minister and the foreign commission of Majlis (the Iranian Parliament) was emphasizing on synergy and good will.'

The members of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy had a periodical meeting with Foreign Minister Zarif and his deputies on Tuesday evening in the venue of Foreign Ministry.
