TEHRAN � Iran�s former president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Sunday wrote a letter to the new UN Secretary General Ant�nio Guterres.


In the letter, Ahmadinejad called for the revocation of the �unfair and unpopular� veto power at the UN.

He also suggested that the headquarters of the United Nations be transferred out of the U.S. as its current location has �paved the ground for U.S. influence� over the international body.

He also suggested that the UN broadcast its activities in detail via a dedicated TV channel.
