TEHRAN, Feb. 1 (MNA) An Act passed in the Parliament has permitted gas companies to receive $ 1b to be allocated to their gas provision projects in cold regions of the country.Mehr News Parliamentary correspondent reported that in Parliaments open session of Saturday, a proposal by Mohammad Qasim Osmani, Bookans representative in Parliament during debates discussing the Annual Budget Plan, was passed by the Parliament.
The proposal demanded that the Oil Ministry guarantee the provision of loans financial resources up to $ 1b to gas companies operating in villages of cold regions, to be returned during 5 years.
The Act assigned the Central Bank to cooperate with the banks providing loans in implementation of the plan.
