According to The Iran Project,Moscow attacker claims that he arrived from Turkey on March 4 to commit an act of terrorism in #Russia. 

"They told me to go and kill people, no matter what kind of people they were." 

The attacker says he was contacted by "an assistant to the preacher", whom the terrorist had heard about on social networks. 

He was offered 500 thousand rubles to kill as many people as possible.
