Iran’s leader warns government over delay in proposing budget bill


Iranian Majlis speaker Ali Larijani announced on Wednesday that Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei warned government for the delay in proposing next year budget bill, Mehr reported.


Ahmadinejad: Full execution of subsidy reform plan uproot poverty in Iran
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad appeared in parliament on Wednesday to brief deputies on the economy. He said if the subsidy reform plan is implemented fully, it can eliminate poverty, ISNA reported.


 
Son of Iran’s Green Movement leader sentenced to suspended jail

An informed source said to Fars news agency that son of Iranian Green Movement leader Mehdi Karroubi, Mohammad Hossein Karorubi sentenced to a suspended six-month prison. He was found guilty of agitating public minds against the Islamic Revlution after Iran’s 2009 presidential election.




Iran Khodro becomes self-sufficient in production of Peugeot 206
According to IRIB News, following US-led sanctions, Iran Khodro (IKCO) had some problems providing Peugeot 206 parts, but now the company has become self-sufficient in production of it.
