TEHRAN, June 2 (MNA) – The IKCO deputy CEO for export and international affairs has said the company predicts exporting of more than 25,000 cars this year.
Ali Elmi said that Iran Khodro manufactures different kinds of cars, all capable of being exported.
He said that crisis in Syria an important importer of the IKCO products, had posed difficulties for the company’s export. “With reducing the tensions in Syria and operation of Iraq branch, Iran Khodro expects rise in its exports in the current year.”
Elmi also pointed to Venezuelan and Senegalese IKCO factories which he described as ‘in special conditions,’ and as ‘important technology sites.’
