Iranian photographers exhibit works in Aussie gallery

Three photographers have showcased their collection of works during an exhibition held at the Mils Gallery in Sydney, Australia.
Holiday by Behnam Seddiqi, Mokhberoddoleh by Tahmineh Monzavi  and Knots by Jalal Sepehr are the three exhibited collections.

The displayed photos depict various perspectives on life in Iran, said the organizer of the show Anahita Qabaian from the Silk Road Gallery.

Seddiqi’s Holiday features a group of Iranian youths on vacations in different tourist attractions in Iran.

Monzavi’s collection displays show of wedding gowns at shops in a downtown neighborhood, Mokhberoddoleh, in the Iranian capital city of Tehran.

Sepehr’s Knot represents the beautiful motifs of Persian carpets as well as unique traditional architecture of Iranian cities.

Organized by the Silk Road Gallery in association with the Mils Gallery, the exhibition kicked off on May 15 and will run until May 31, 2014.
