TEHRAN, May 18 (MNA) – The Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization (APSCO) Training Course on “Space Program Management and Space Standards” has opened; is jointly organized by the Secretariat of APSCO and the Iranian Space Agency.
The course held May 17-27 focuses on objectives of promotion of space program management and relevant standards, preparation of grounds for APSCO members’ future cooperation, and improvement of skills in space management.
Expert teams of China, Turkey, Pakistan, Thailand, Bangladesh, Mongolia, Indonesia, and Peru (as observer member) and Iranian relevant bodies such as Iranian Space Agency and Space Research Center, universities, and other institutes attend the course.
The course teachers are experienced and skilled trainers from Iran and overseas with specialties in space program management, design and analysis of space missions, space system engineering, and space technology management present the course.
